- All reporting is made available via leading cloud-based software

COMPLEMENTARY ADVERTISING
We employ Melbourne’s premium real estate photographers, Highlyte, for all properties.
These photos generate leads which are measured and proven by advertising data.
Australia’s number one property site realestate.com.au features our premium advertising. Weekly advertising campaign data is sent to the landlord.
To ensure the online interest in the property is aligned with the advertising efforts, weekly open inspections are conducted. Once the market response has been assessed, biweekly inspections could also occur, providing more market exposure to potential tenants.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & REPAIR FEES
If any maintenance issues arise, whether that be urgent or not, landlords are informed and consulted with an estimated cost of repairs. Repairs will then be conducted by our industry licensed and insured maintenance once only after the landlord has approved the works. No additional fees are added for managing repairs, instead they are included in the monthly fee.
